    I remembered this when I read an article in the Chron about the sad state of affairs on Telegraph.

    It occurred to me that one thing that could help would be a shuttle service from BART. It’s a little too far from BART to walk, but too close to bother to transfer to AC Transit for $1.85 plus the monster wait time. That’s what made me think of this.

    The shuttle could leave from the bus stop right by the BART escalators, where the 1 stops. Then down Shattuck, up Dwight (shown in pink on the map), left onto Telegraph with stops at Haste and Durant, then back to BART via Bancroft (in green). A single vehicle should be able to complete the loop in less than 15 minutes, meshing with BART schedules and allowing for some wait time at BART.
